Friends,
Two brief mustache things I overheard today while on the MNSU campus.
1) Bronson Lemer, fellow MNSU MFA'er, won second place in the Robert Wright Award for his non-fiction piece...The Mustache Race (or Game, I don't recall)...but the story is about how people from his military unit were growing mustaches. How fucking sweet is that, eh? Literary mustache recognition...oh heavens yes. I suspect it's some sort of man bias. Either way, congrats to Bronson!!
2) I was walking on campus, and I overheard the following snippet of conversation:
Random Man-Student: He said, with a straight face, don't be intimidated by the mustache.
I don't know who's mustache that could have been intimidating, but it's nice to see whoever is the owner of the mustache that was the topic of that line of dialogue is doing his best to keep the mustache safe for all comsumption. We should never be afraid of the mustache. Thanks, man. And that's for the Random Man-Student keeping mustache chatter on the streets.
VIVA EL MUSTACHE!
