In the Ghetto...

here's a so-called ghetto near where i live, at sunset. it's a sneaky area that's apparently going into the toilet, but looking around, you'd never guess it except in a few select houses and some strange behaviors, particularly in crossing/not crossing the street. also there's the sprawling apartment complex area that, at one time, was responsible for a majority of all the crime in fitchburg, but it has been cleaned up some since we moved here (new management, bums tossed out, you know).
