Friends,
Ah, 100 posts. It's not a large number compared to other blogs. Heck, probably 70 of these posts aren't even mustache related. But, whatever, I'm at 100 one way or another. And to celebrate this meek milestone, I have embedded, for your viewing pleasure, one of my favorite videos from the interwebs. You'll need sound to get the full effect of this video.
When watching the video, you should note that the old man is very nervous. Why you ask? Was his mother watching the program? Or maybe the tens of people who watch TechTV during the day made him very nervous as well. I think it's because he has no confidence because he has a goatee. You see, a goatee (or cat's ass) is weak mustache-related growth. They're about as common as a bisexual sororiety girl, so there's nothing there of substance. No comment about manliness. No real statement of manhood. It's just, like, something that happened when I was totally drunk, and like everyone was cheering me on, so I was like, whatever, sure, if Amber's cool with it. So we did it and it got is free drinks for like the next TWO HOURS...I know! Oh my god!
Sure, at one time, goatees meant something. It was around, what, 1993? They were all the rage. But this is the now, baby, and goatees are done, you hear me ESPN. Mustaches is where it's at. They are daring. They are manly. They are everything a goatee used to be. And this guy, in the TechTV thing...sporting a goatee...doesn't have the scrote to go to mustache, so he lacks bravery, therefore, he's nervous on TV because he's not a brave dude, he's a goatee wearing fraud. Mustache growers are never nervous on TV.
