...Johnny Cash played his concert at Folsom Prison. So to mark that occasion, here's some Johnny Cash videos from YouTube.
A Boy Named Sue (and, if you didn't know, it was written by Shel Silverstein, who also wrote all of Dr. Hook's songs)
Get Rhythm
Jackson
Bonanza & Five Feet High and Rising
The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down (two videos for your pleasure)
Hurt
God's Gonna Cut You Down
And now, two videos of Folsom Prison Blues...the song that is being played right now in an open mic somewhere in the world:
Folsom Prison 1959
Folsom Prison 2003 (there is more than just Folsom Prison here, but what's important is that this is footage from what I believe is the last concert Cash ever played...he died September 2003...his wife, June, died in May of 2003)
Viva el Johnny Cash

Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison: The Making of a Masterpiece, by Michael Streissguth, is a good book about the concert. I interviewed Streissguth on my radio show when it came out.
Thanks for the the videos. Viva el Hombre en Negro!
Where is that version of The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down from?
I don't know where either of those versions of The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down came from. I was pretty damn surprised to find them on YouTube to be honest.
"The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" is on an out-of-print LP: John R. Cash.

Thanks for the info on the Cash album, Tom. You truly are a gentleman and a scholar.
