What Can $1,350 Buy?

1) Rent for two months as my new apartment complex, with $100 leftover for groceries and bills.

2) Roughly 1,350 double cheeseburgers

3) A signed first edition of The Human Stain by Philip Roth, with $30 dollars left for a fancy bookmark for such an expensive book

4) Two stars named after you, along with other amenties from the "Ultimate Star Registry" package (includes a handy wooden frame for your certificate!) and have $390 dollars leftover for a telescope

4) Flight to and back from MSP to NYC, and a night in the Waldorf Astoria (Romance Package rates for a bottle of wine and what the website calls "Full American Breakfast") and have 200 bucks or so leftover for cabfare, food and admission to the Met.

5) A new heater core, and an intake manifold gasket for a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am, plus labor, from Snell Motors, and use of a Pontiac Vibe until the car work is complete. No money leftover.
