Despite their best efforts, my Cardinals made the playoffs because the Astros lost to the Braves. Reminds me of that Homer Simpson saying: "The two greatest words in the English language: De-Fault." Now, if the teams the Cardinals play would be so kind to lose for them...
Cardinals play Tuesday at 3 Central...and the Twinkies start at noon on Tuesday. Since I teach on noon on Tuesday, I wonder which internet distraction shall prove too much for them: Facebook or Playoff Baseball. Ah, the eternal dance.
