A Morbid Thought

Friends,

The other day, I was looking at my bookshelves, realizing just how many used books I have, and also contemplating how much time I spend in used book stores here in Madison. And, you know, I probably own a lot of books that belonged to some person who had recently died. I hope that's not bad luck.
