I Wish They'd Leave a Light On For Me

Friends,

I know that The Library Hotel might have been a smidge out of the MNSU price range when it came to making accomodations for our AWP trip, but still...staying at a hotel that promotes having a Poetry Garden, and each room comes stocked with books according to the Dewey Decimal System (so, say you one the eighth floor...that's where the literature is....fifth floor you get math), I think would be worth the investment.

Also, I'm going here while we are in NYC. Who's with me? C'mon...they have Jack Kerouac's scroll on display. If there ever has been an artifact for monumental production in an abbreviated time, then that's it, baby. And don't we, as MFA'ers, owe ourself to see it?

I'm definitely planning on making a stop at the library. I know a couple others were, too.
