I Can't See My Finger

i like talking about that i can't see much of anything out of my left eye. it's one of those small talk things that's fun to trot out, so you get that "really?" question and you can go, "yeah, check it..." and then go with an anecdote and then let the doves of conversation tail where they may.

so, here's an illustration of how my eye doesn't work. see where my finger is...i can't see that when looking straight ahead. just, nothing there, like it's is invisible. i got a finger-width or so blind spot right there, and it's just blurry the further to the left you go.

and this picture of my head turned out kind of neat...and it really just shows that i might as well just go for it and shave the head.
